Yes. La Coqui Culinary Co. offers a two-step consultation process to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned and every menu is tailored to your vision.

Preliminary Consultation – $50
Your first consultation is a one-on-one conversation where we'll discuss your event details, guest count, vision, budget, dietary preferences, service style, and overall catering needs. From there, we'll begin developing a customized menu proposal for your event.

Tasting Consultation – $100
Once your preliminary consultation is complete and your menu has been discussed, we'll schedule a tasting consultation. This is an opportunity for you to experience and sample selected dishes from your proposed menu before finalizing your catering selections.

The $100 tasting consultation fee includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is welcome for an additional $15 per person.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All consultation and tasting fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the scheduled consultation or tasting in order to reserve your date and allow adequate time for preparation.

If you book your event with La Coqui Culinary Co., both your $50 consultation fee and $100 tasting fee will be credited toward your final catering invoice.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

To officially reserve your event date with La Coqui Culinary Co., a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Your date is not considered secured until the deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% balance is due in full 14 days prior to your event date. Once the final payment is received, your guest count, menu, staffing, rentals, ingredients, and other event details are finalized so that our team can properly prepare and execute your event.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations due to changes in plans, venue changes, weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a payment is made, it covers the time, planning, staffing, ingredients, and resources committed to your event and cannot be refunded or transferred.

We encourage clients to carefully review their event details and ensure they are fully committed to their date before booking. Our goal is to provide every client with exceptional service while allowing our team the time and resources necessary to create a seamless and memorable catering experience.
